A Brief Footprints Of Grains

Think it or not, it was the vegetarian move in the last quarter of the 19th century which engendered the first breakfast foods grain. Just about that time the initial western breakfast was the ever sought after eggs, bacon, sausage and beef. It was in point of fact in 1863 that the 1st packaged cereal was invented. Called Granula, the food grain contained big bran nuggets which needed soaking all night before they could be eaten up. It is unsurprising to find that they never caught on.
