Dealing with emotional highs and lows is an experience common to all people. We generally accept our feelings as past our control. They are potent and mysterious and appear quite irrational. But if we ponder our emotions, if we discover the interior workings of our minds, we find that like all things, emotions obey the legislation of result in and effect. Armed with this knowledge, we can continue to permit our emotions to dominate our lives, or we can use them to our benefit.
Don’t be stunned by a reduction of enthusiasm and don’t be dissatisfied by it. Comprehend it as natural effect of the human mind, and employ this knowledge of self to make your feelings perform for you.
