What holds your wellbeing back.

One of the modalities in which you confine your wellbeing back is by the adverse messages you may be commiting dead set yourself. I cant, I am not good enough, strong enough, tall enough. Or you may be one of those who gets caught up in the past, who does not live in the here and now. Are you one who considers you are contingent on what occurs to be happy? If you are you need to understand that things change incessantly and what happens is very unstable and unpredictable.
