Ego motivating is a sort of self reassurance. You will say to your quality of life that you have the capacity to do better and sooner rather than later get whatever you want to in your life. This intimate keenness will push you forwards until you attain your set aspirations. You probably would not even be aware of any reward in the beginning but you keep working thereon. You work on it because your intimate intensity level says that you can reach your goals. This is your will power - the drive behind your self motivation.
